Partner delivery, engineering depth, and production follow-through.
Connected the release workflow.
Delivered Windows onboarding and on-premises publishing integrations across engineering and release teams. Migrated monitoring to Service Fabric, built self-service configuration, and repaired scheduling and retry behavior.
Made slow workflows faster.
Reduced portal load from 64.6s to 9.5s in a local benchmark: 2,366 seeded tickets, median of three runs. Reduced a CI unit-test step from about 13 minutes to 213 seconds in a recorded cloud build.
Also extended a shared MCP server with read-only runtime tools and strengthened operator authorization and anti-forgery checks.
